‘Get To Know Me First’ is Molly Hammar’s latest release, created alongside fellow Nordic artists Awa and Julie Bergan. It’s an upbeat, beautifully produced pop banger, pushed forward by soulful melodies and the triple-threat of Hammar, Bergan and Awa’s powerful voices. Luscious strings wander through the thick electronic textures, while an impactful key change and unexpected chords keep us interested. Hammar explains that the track is built on female empowerment, even though it “started as a celebration of single life, but then evolved as a call for all women to dare to set boundaries and not "settle for less".
